Frequently Asked Questions

COVID-19

What social distancing measures are being put in place to protect guests? Our entire festival is outdoors. This is in-keeping with Guidelines which will be continually reviewed to ensure we are adhering to the most up to date Government advice. Our social distancing measures include: Configured and signposted car park to minimise interaction The event footprint will be split into zones to ease movement of personnel during the live event, both staff and audience. Each zone has it’s own sanitiser station for guests. Each zone will have its own service areas to minimise staff interaction. All service will be undertaken by trained catering staff Guests are allocated hexagons in which their group of 6 must stay unless using the welfare facilities. Each hexagon is wide enough to allow for social distancing even within the group of 6. The only time the audience should need to leave their area is initial entry, when using the welfare facilities and when leaving at the end of the event Welfare areas will have clear markings on the floor to denote queues and give instruction on maintaining social distancing measures. Hand sanitiser is provided for use before and after using the facilities. The big screen and audio will be used to give further instruction to the audience prior to the event going live and at the end Security and event staff are on hand to ensure guests stay within their designated hexagons. Staff will all be trained in the event safety procedures, including approachable support staff who can answer questions accurately. Contactless ticket checking, menus and payment. We are a cash free venue. Hand sanitiser available at multiple stations across the venue Sufficient quantity of toilets, kept clean and tidy Clear communication of emergency procedures and facilities (such as first aid provision) through audio messaging and signage Regular cleanliness checks are carried out and recorded throughout the event Spare PPE available if requested throughout the event What handwashing facilities will be available? Adequate numbers of washbasins and hand-sanitising points will be provided - these facilities shall be managed to ensure that they are kept in a clean and serviceable condition throughout the duration of the event and maintained. Handwashing facilities with running water, soap and paper towels will be available at multiple locations both front and back of house for guests and our team Our team will be required to wash their hands as part of the check in procedure on site and schedule throughout the event to sanitise their hands Hand sanitiser (minimum 60% alcohol) will be available at locations in addition to washrooms Providing suitable, lined, rubbish bins for hand drying towels, these will be emptied regularly and not be allowed to overspill Hand sanitiser will be nearby for people getting in and out of vehicles or handling deliveries, if they are unable to wash their hands What communications and guidance will be sent to guests in advance of the festival? Clear communication will be paramount in the pre-event phase. The following methods will be used mainly around the COVID 19 pandemic: Informative messaging on the event website and social media channels will be used to give instruction and information to attendees, clearly stating the new rules and expectations, and will instil how seriously management are taking the COVID-19 situation. Signage on the journey to and around the venue to re-emphasise specific requirements and encouraging guests to have a good time whilst adhering to rules.

TICKETS

Can you please explain the ticket pricing? SELECT your zone, then ADD your tickets depending on the number of guests you want to bring (max 6 people per zone). Our policy states MAX 6 PEOPLE PER HEXAGON. This is in-keeping with the Government guidelines, which MUST include children, even babies. All children must have a valid child’s ticket to gain entry. Please be aware of our age restrictions for some events, see our age restriction section on this page. Do I have to buy a ticket for my child? Yes, all attendees must have a valid ticket to gain entry into the festival. As this is a socially-distanced event, we have ensured we follow the Government guidelines; this means we are limited to 6 people per hexagon. You can purchase children (3-16years) and toddler (0-2 years) tickets for our family friendly events. Please note there is no charge for the 0-2 tickets but they do count towards your 6 person limit. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind? Unfortunately not. Tickets purchased are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act). Please see our T&C’s section for full details.
